Participants will learn: 1. Key elements of Utah’s School to Work Initiative including understanding the value of Customized Employment 2. Coordinate long term supports for individuals who need extended supports 3. How to create a local coalition that Coordinates services with multiple adult service agencies to ensure opportunities and success for competitive integrated employment services for students with significant support needs
